1.Do you accept OEM or ODM?
Yes, OEM and ODM are welcome. We are fully capable of customizing any design, shape, and size according to the customer’s specific requirements.
2.What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Usually, the MOQ for in-stock factory products is 1 piece. For out-of-stock and customized products, the MOQ is 1,000+ pieces. The MOQ can be flexibly adjusted based on the specific requirements provided by the customer.
3.Can you send free samples?
Yes, we can provide free in-stock samples; you only need to pay for the express shipping fee.
4.How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 7 working days. If the sample quantity is small, it can be shipped out to you within 3 days at the fastest. If you require a custom design, it takes 20 working days. The exact time depends on whether new printing plates need to be made, which is based on your design. In any case, we will respond to your request quickly.
5.Can you send free samples?

6.How long is the production lead time?
For the MOQ, it takes 10-15 days. We have a strong production capacity, which ensures fast delivery even for large quantities.
What file format do you need if I want my own design?
We have our own in-house design team. Therefore, you can provide JPG, AI, CDR, or PDF formats, etc. We will create 3D drawings for molds or printing screens based on the technique for your final confirmation.
7.What other services can you provide?
We can provide gift box packaging, laser engraving, and 3D color printing. For detailed case studies, you can consult our sales representatives.
1.We support laser-customized logos with an MOQ of at least 5 pieces; customized logo colors with an MOQ of at least 50 pieces; and customized color boxes with an MOQ of at least 500 pieces. The MOQ can be flexibly adjusted depending on the difficulty of the customization.
2.Gift box packaging: We can match products with gift boxes according to the actual needs of the customer.
8.How is the quality of the tumblers?
Our quality is backed by over 10 years of manufacturing experience. We strictly use premium food-grade 316/304 stainless steel. Every tumbler goes through a strict 11-step production process, including precise water bulging and advanced vacuum brazing. Before packing, 100% of our products must pass temperature retention and leak-proof tests.We have a full-process quality inspection system and can provide 9 core tests to guarantee the excellent quality of our products.
